Abstract

Im Mittelpunkt des Bandes stehen die sozialen, ökonomischen und institutionellen Wirkungen technologischer Umbrüche: Welchen Einfluss haben die neuen Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien auf den Wandel unserer Gesellschaft? Wie wirken sich neue Vernetzungs- und Versorgungstechnologien auf soziale Beziehungen, auf Industrie- und Infrastrukturen sowie auf das Verhältnis von Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft aus? Und wie beeinflusst der technologische Wandel die Neuausrichtung politischer und rechtlicher Rahmensetzungen?
