Nachhaltige Investitionen in der betrieblichen Altersversorgung: Die Rolle von Mitbestimmungsakteuren in Deutschland, den Niederlanden und Dänemark

Abstract

Wie können Akteure der Mitbestimmung Einfluss auf die Anlagepolitik in der betrieblichen Altersversorgung nehmen? Basierend auf den Erkenntnissen aus sieben Fallstudien zu betrieblichen Altersversorgungssystemen in Deutschland, den Niederlanden und Dänemark identifiziert die vorliegende Studie folgende Strategien zur Stärkung sozial-ökologischer Investitionen: Ausbau gewerkschaftlicher Expertise zu nachhaltigen Investitionen, Einfluss durch paritätisch besetzte Gremien, Aufnahme in Tarifverträge und die Bildung von Koalitionen mit anderen Organisationen der Zivilgesellschaft.
