Abstract

Die derzeitige statische Regulierung des Telekommunikationssektors hat in den vergangenen vier Jahren für Wettbewerb gesorgt: Sie hat die Zahl der Marktteilnehmer erhöht und die Tarife für traditionelle Telekomdienste stark gesenkt. Die positiven Wirkungen dieser Strategie sind jedoch weitgehend ausgeschöpft. Jetzt geht es darum, die Basis für eine weiterhin moderne Infrastruktur im Telekom-Sektor zu legen.
