Abstract

Migration muss unter den Bedingungen der Globalisierung, der weltweiten Krise und der internationalen Vernetzungen staendig neu gedacht werden. In diesem Buch betrachten Wissenschaftler und Praktiker Moeglichkeiten, Bedingungen und Grenzen fuer den Transfer von Wissen und Kompetenzen und die damit verknuepften interkulturellen Anforderungen – aus verschiedenen Perspektiven: Es geht um Moeglichkeiten Integration und Interkulturalitaet zu foerdern, um die Nutzung der Potenziale von unterschiedlichen Migrantengruppen für Aufnahme- und Herkunftslaender, um Unternehmertum, Selbstorganisation und die Notwendigkeit des interkulturellen Kompetenzerwerbs fuer den Umgang mit kultureller Vielfalt.
