Hacia un programa de crédito de largo plazo para la educación superior en el Perú

Abstract

El objetivo principal del presente Apuntes de Estudio es identificar necesidades y oportunidades para expandir créditos educativos que permitan incrementar el acceso a la educación superior en el Perú, especialmente de los sectores de menores recursos. Para esto, se busca: (i) identificar las necesidades para un esquema de créditos educativos expandido; y (ii) presentar una propuesta de opciones para propiciar dicha expansión, considerando el rol que deberían jugar el Estado y las instituciones privadas, y los instrumentos financieros que pueden ser utilizados.
