Abstract

El contenido es tan diverso como el mismo derecho del trabajo, en tanto aborda múltiples áreas de éste, como los créditos laborales en caso de insolvencia del empleador, las listas negras y la protección de datos del trabajador, el acoso laboral, las prestaciones sociales, las nuevas tecnologías en el sitio de trabajo y la necesidad de contar con reglamentaciones para su uso, el teletrabajo, los tipos de contratos de trabajo desde una aproximación al derecho laboral italiano, la obligación de seguridad en las relaciones de trabajo en el derecho francés, loscomratos administrativos de prestación de servicios y la relación de trabajo, los órganos de control de la OIT, los principios del derecho procesal del trabajo y la seguridad social, los métodos alternativos de solución de conflictos en el derecho laboral, la acción de tutela contra sentencias o la actualización del recurso extraordinario de casación, los recursos en el proceso laboral, el sistema de seguridad social y de la protección social, el juez de la salud, la libertad sindical en el marco del derecho internacional del trabajo y el ordenamiento nacional, el contrato colecnvo sindical, el derecho de consulta y de negociación colectiva de los sindicatos para determinar las condiciones de empleo, el pluralismo sindical y la huelga en Colombia. Los contenidos de cada capítulo desarrollan temas y problemas del área laboral desde una perspectiva especializada orientada a informar y generar doctrina actualizada para quienes están en la academia y en el ejercicio profesional del derecho laboral.
