Abstract

Jakobs se concentra en la cuestión de la autoría mediata cuando el instrumento está incurso en un error y toma como presupuestas las cuestiones de detalle de la imputación en el ámbito de la participación accesoria. Inicia su reflexión con los supuestos en los que la persona que lleva a cabo la ejecución yerra acerca de la realización del tipo o, en los casos de identidad de la persona que yerra, acerca de las consecuencias autolesivas de un comportamiento.
