Cátedra Unesco : derechos humanos y violencia : gobierno y gobernanza : experiencias de diálogos restaurativos en el contexto transicional colombiano

Abstract

Esta publicación es el resultado de las investigaciones realizadas durante el año 2022 promovidas por la Cátedra Unesco -Derechos Humanos y violencia: gobierno y gobernanza", de la Universidad Extemado de Colombia, que reunió a docentes e investigadores de nivel nacional e internacional. quienes presenta-ron investigaciones sobre la convocatoria cuyo cuestionamiento giró en torno a ¿cómo responder a los impactos del conflicto armado por medio del diálogo restaurativo? Se pretende, por un lado, visibilizar de qué manera se ha implementado el principio dialógico mediante los diálogos restaurativos en el marco de la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz desde las voces de los sujetos procesales que intervienen en el escenario judicial. Por otro lado, se profundiza en las potencialidades que tienen las prácticas restaurativas comunitarias para incidir en la construcción de un concepto dinámico sobre justicia restaurativa, que permita dotar de herramientas de interpretación a los jueces y operadores jurídicos transicionales. Se espera que esta publicación sea un insumo para los jueces, para las víctimas, para los comparecientes, para sus abogados representantes y para la academia, en la comprensión de las ventajas, dificultades y retos en la construcción de la justicia dialógica y restaurativa en el contexto transicional colombiano.
