Kostenstruktur und Finanzbedarf bei Trägern der überörtlichen Sozialhilfe

Abstract

Ziel der vorliegenden Studie ist es, die Kostenstrukturen und den Finanzbedarf ausgewählter Träger der überörtlichen Sozialhilfe zu analysieren. Ausgehend von der speziellen Problematik der "Kostenexplosion" bei der überörtlichen Sozialhilfe im Freistaat Sachsen werden in dieser Studie die Aufgaben-, Kosten- und Finanzierungsstrukturen von ausgewählten Trägern der überörtlichen Sozialhilfe in Sachsen, Baden-Württemberg, Bayern, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Niedersachsen und Thüringen verglichen und die Effizienz dieser Modelle bewertet.
