Rentenreformakzeptanz und intrinsische Arbeitsmotivation

Abstract

Die in Deutschland ab dem Jahr 2012 geplante schrittweise Erhöhung des Renteneintrittsalters von 65 auf 67 Jahre scheint innerhalb der Bevölkerung wenig populär zu sein. Existierende Studien, die Determinanten von Rentenreformwiderständen untersuchen, fokussieren vor allem auf eigennutzorientierte Faktoren sowie die Bedeutung der Information der Bürger über die Probleme der Rentenversicherung. Hingegen werden Faktoren wie die Freude an Arbeit vernachlässigt. Eine aktuelle Untersuchung zeigt, dass intrinsische Motivation eine weitere relevante Determinante der Reformakzeptanz ist.
