Nutzerorientierte Weiterentwicklung der Lebenslagenbefragungen von 2015 bis 2019

Abstract

Die Lebenslagenbefragungen untersuchen, wie zufrieden Bürgerinnen und Bürger sowie Unternehmen mit ihren Behördenkontakten sind. In den drei Erhebungen 2015, 2017 und 2019 hat das Statistische Bundesamt die Stichprobenziehung, den Fragebogen, die Interviewsteuerung und die Auswertungsmethodik aufgrund von Rückmeldungen der Fachöffentlichkeit und vergleichbarer internationaler Untersuchungen stetig weiterentwickelt. Dabei lag der Fokus auf zielgenaueren Analysemöglichkeiten bei gleichzeitiger Wahrung der zeitlichen Vergleichbarkeit. Durch die Neuerungen lassen sich häufige Dienstleistungen mit niedriger Zufriedenheit und hoher Komplexität identifizieren und detaillierter beleuchten. Daneben zeigt sich, dass die E­Government­Angebote der Verwaltung häufig Verbesserungsbedarf aufweisen.
