Der neue Nutzungsartenkatalog zur Erweiterten Tatsächlichen Nutzung in der amtlichen Flächenstatistik

Abstract

Ab dem Berichtsjahr 2023 wird für die amtliche Flächenstatistik ein überarbeiteter Nutzungsartenkatalog zum Einsatz kommen. Anlass hierfür ist ein in der Vermessungs­- und Katasterverwaltung durchgeführter und von der Statistik begleiteter Paradigmenwechsel, dem eine neue Sicht auf die Beschreibung der Erdoberfläche zugrunde liegt. Die konsequente Trennung zwischen den beiden Themen Landbedeckung und Landnutzung ist dabei der zentrale Grundsatz. Als konzeptionelle Vorlage wurde hierfür das europäische EAGLE­Datenmodell herangezogen. Der Beitrag erläutert Probleme und Herangehensweise zur Trennung der beiden Themen und stellt den neuen Nutzungsartenkatalog zur Erweiterten Tatsächlichen Nutzung vor.
