Abstract

Die Abhandlung setzt sich mit dem Bericht der Bundesregierung zur Deckung der versicherungsfremden Lasten auseinander und zeigt auf, dass der Bundeszuschuss in erheblicher Größenordnung nicht ausreicht diese durch Umverteilung verursachten Lasten der Versicherten auszugleichen.
