Abstract

Den Begriffen Resilienz und Vulnerabilität wird in der verkehrswissenschaftlichen Forschung bisher nur eine geringe Bedeutung beigemessen. Auch in der Praxis lassen sich kaum konsistente Resilienzstrategien finden. Doch die zunehmende digitale Vernetzung erfordert neue Konzepte.
