Die Arbeitskräftemobilität in der Hochschulforschung in der EU und in Österreich

Abstract

Die Analyse des Ausmaßes der internationalen Mobilität von Arbeitskräften in der Hochschulforschung und der subjektiven Beweggründe für einen grenzüberschreitenden Arbeitsplatzwechsel zeigt, dass die Karriere dieser Arbeitskräfte häufig Mobilitätsepisoden enthält. Maßgebliche subjektive Beweggründe sind vor allem die Qualität der Forschung und der Forschungsinfrastruktur an der Zieldestination, aber auch Karrieremöglichkeiten.
