Beschäftigungsformen in Österreich: Rechtliche und quantitative Aspekte

Abstract

Der österreichische Arbeitsmarkt war in den letzten zehn Jahren von weitreichenden rechtlichen Änderungen – vor allem im Bereich des Sozialversicherungsrechtes – geprägt; dies hatte u. a. eine Diversifizierung der Beschäftigungsformen zur Folge. Im europäischen Vergleich zeigt sich in Österreich eine relativ breite soziale Absicherung der einzelnen Beschäftigungsformen. Nach wie vor überwiegt die voll sozialversicherungspflichtige unselbständige Beschäftigung sowohl für Männer als auch Frauen. Frauen und Männer konzentrieren sich jedoch in unterschiedlichem Maß auf die einzelnen Beschäftigungsformen.
