Abstract

The purpose of this article is to present the functions of public administration in the developing hydrogen market from the perspective of current European Union and national legal regulations. Considerations in this regard are preceded by justification for the necessity of adopting a law for the use of hydrogen in the energy system in view of the threats resulting from the energy and climate crisis.
