Human Resource Management Models

Abstract

Human resources represent the workforce in any organization, they are an asset of strategic importance, therefore the successful development of the company depends on their effective management. The choice of a human resources management model is of particular importance for achieving high productivity, efficiency and competitiveness. Existing human resource management models are characterized by clear concepts systematizing the structure, functions and management of human capital. The purpose of the author of this report is to analyze the main models of human resource management, to understand their advantages and disadvantages and, on this basis, to propose opportunities for improving management functions.
