Leadership Management And Style

Abstract

The paper presents main theoretical issues related to leadership, leadership management and management styles. On this basis, despite the undeniable connection that exists between leadership and management, the mechanical transfer of management styles and their designation as leadership styles is criticized. The style of leadership management is a specific combination of different management styles, the effective choice of which depends on the specific situation. The breadth, scope and complexity of the considered category necessitates a specified of the concept itself.
