Abstract

Artificial intelligence has entered a number of activities related to human resources. Most noticeable is its presence in recruitment and selection, performance appraisal and training. We have witnessed publications claiming that artificial intelligence chatbots are the "new recruiters". According to a study by Oracle, nearly 27% of human resources leaders believe that employee training solutions used by artificial intelligence will have a positive impact on employee training and development. The World Economic Forum (2018) estimates that each employee will need 101 days of training by 2022. More and more employees are starting to work hybrid with artificial intelligence. In this regard, artificial intelligence is more and more a necessary helper in human resources. The aim of this study is to present the nature of artificial intelligence, its use in human resources education and to draw key conclusions related to the benefits and challenges of using artificial intelligence in human resources education.
