Abstract

The landscape scale crisis we are living in the last months is nothing that humankind has previously experienced. Managers were up to serious challenges –new ways of working, digitalization of the work andthe communication, the need of serious and tough changes, decision making in uncertainty. The article outlines some major problems of the managers regarding management of people during crisis. In the second part are suggested 4 dimensions at which they could work on with organisational values as a management approach – intrapersonal, inter-personal, team level and organizational level.
