Abstract

World pandemia COVID –19, which give rise to health problems, has provoked complicatedeconomic situation, imposed prompt measures from the companies in different branches (construction, agriculture, industries, transport, logistic, etc.) to reorganize their activities for new conditions and to be able to survive. Under these circumstances construction has been one of branches, which demonstrates retention of work’s rhythm, but to the caders and mainly to the leading persons have been posed new requirements.In the paper is made one attempt to analyze the difficulties in the organization of work in the branch under the circumstance of crisis and provoked new demands and abilities in the activities of the leading persons in the firms.
