Model For Sustainable Management Of Human Resources In Organizations

Abstract

In strategic thinking, people are seen as a major resource, and managers realize that in order to compete in today's market, sustainable management of people, their abilities and ideas are needed. The purpose of the author in this report is to present a model for sustainable human resource management in order to achieve competitiveness and sustainability of organizations.
