The Role Of Coaching As A Management Approach Related To Work With Organisational Values

Abstract

Nowadays, the challenges that organisations are facing are more complex, multileveled and those are offered non-stop. It is impossible for one person to handle all this. It is impossible to prepare well in advance. Nowadays, learning happens on the fly. This is why, coaching as a management approach is getting more and more popular method for work with managers and top employees. Coaching allows people to be supported to enhance their potential, to take actions and to achieve their goals, most of all –to understand themselves and their motives. The text reviews the coaching as a management approach. The questions are what is coaching, when and how coaching could be applied, especially if the matter is about organizational values.
