Abstract

The article opens some essential characteristics of intellectual products in scientific sphere, their consumption and commercialization. Specific features of intellectual products in scientific sphere are marked and proved. Role of institutions including the state, market, truck of intellectual property, relation during contract period, during process of consumption and commercialization of intellectual products in scientific sphere in conditions of transformation to market relations.
