Economies of vertical integration in the Japanese water supply industry

Abstract

Dieses Papier konzentriert sich besonders auf die vertikale Integration zwischen der Wassereinlassreinigung und den Stufen der Wasserverteilung. Um die Wirtschaftssysteme der vertikalen Integration nachzuforschen, schätzte ich die translog Kostenfunktion in der japanischen Wasserversorgungindustrie und errechnete die Wirtschaftssysteme der vertikalen Integration zwischen der Wassereinlassreinigung und den Stufen der Wasserverteilung und folgte direkt den Trennbarkeitannahmen. Außerdem wurde das gekaufte Wasserverhältnis auch in Betracht gezogen, um die Wirtschaftssysteme der vertikalen Integration zu errechnen. Die Resultate zeigen, dass Wirtschaftssysteme der vertikalen Integration zwischen der Wassereinlassreinigung und den Stufen der Wasserverteilung bestehen, besonders im Falle der kostengünstiger gekauften Wassermengen.
