Внутренние Факторы Результативности Экспорта Образования В Российских Вузах

E-mail: amelikyan@hse.ruПредставлены результаты исследования, проведенного с целью проанализировать взаимосвязи между внутренними факторами, характеризующими деятельность вузов, и показателями результативности экспорта образовательных услуг вузов. Выборку составили 173 вуза из разных округов Российской Федерации. Построены и количественно оценены разные спецификации регрессионных моделей, рассчитанные на основе значений переменных, характеризующих деятельность вуза и результативность экспорта его образовательных услуг за разные годы. Расчеты подтвердили положительную взаимосвязь между числом международных сетевых партнерств вуза, числом действующих в вузе программ двух дипломов и показателями результативности экспортной деятельности. Степень диверсификации типов реализуемых образовательных программ для иностранных учащихся отрицательно взаимосвязана с показателями численности иностранных студентов в вузе. Стоимость образовательных услуг и уровень коммерциализации обучения иностранных граждан положительно взаимосвязаны с доходностью экспортной деятельности, но не связаны с численностью иностранных студентов в вузе. Не выявлено взаимосвязи между представленностью информации о вузе в Интернете, реализацией программ транснационального образования и результатами экспортной деятельности. На основании полученных результатов обсуждаются перспективные направления развития экспортной деятельности российских вузов.
