Abstract

Анализируется работа рынка квалификаций. Работодатель постоянно стремится к экономической выгоде, отыскивая наилучшее соотношение между работниками разной квалифи-кации. Поскольку изменения технологий в будущем неизвестны, то производится страхование от безработицы всех занятых. В связи с этим предполагается, что цена продукции учитывает расходы и на эту дополнительную деятельность, уменьшая оплату труда.
