Взаимные Инвестиции И Вертикальная Интеграция На Товарных Рынках При Перекрестном Владении Собственностью

Abstract

Рассматривается важный для российской переходной экономики случай, когда поставщик дает кредит потребителю под кредитный процент меньший рыночного для инвестиций в снижение его издержек. Учитываются такие особенности российской переходной экономики как высокий ссудный процент и ненадежность договорных отношений. Роль перекрестной собственности в данной модели состоит в стимулировании интеграции на товарном рынке и гарантии выполнения контракта. Показано, что при определенных величинах перекрестной собственности существует устойчивая вертикальная интеграция. Исследуется также процесс выбора объема кредита и кредитного процента предприятием-кредитором, интересы собственников которого могут быть разнонаправленными.
