Abstract

Представленный в работе анализ использования «капитала» третичного образования в России строится в терминах соотношения специальности/профессии по диплому и по текущему занятию. Анализ базируется на микроданных Обследования населения по проблемам занятости за 2006 г., результаты которого позволяют получить обобщенную картину образовательно-профессиональной стабильности и мобильности отдельно для обладателей высшего и среднего специального профессионального образования. Наиболее общий вывод заключается в том, что масштабы несоответствия между анализируемыми структурами значительны и имеет место массовое недоиспользование полученного образования. Мы используем самые консервативные оценки, допуская, что фактический масштаб несоответствий может быть еще больше.
