Abstract

?????? ???????? ?? ????? ???? ????????, ??????? ????? ?? ? ????????????? ?????????. ?????? ??? ???????? ?? ???? ??? ?????????, ?????????? ???? ??????? ? ???, ?? ???? ???????????????. ??????? ???????????? ??????????????? ????????? ???????? ??????????? ???????? ???????? ?????? ? ????????? ?????????????? ????????. Russia enters on a new way of development which conducts it to innovative economy. However upon transition to this type of economy, it is necessary to be ready to it, that is focused. Therefore innovatively focused economy is a necessary condition of transition of the country to active innovative development.
