In article on materials of the is concrete-applied sociological researches spent in 2009 and 2011, ethnocultural features of formation of social identity of the population of the Rostov region, Krasnodar territory and Republic of Adygea are considered. The comparative analysis of structure of personal identity of the Adygea, Armenian, Turkish Russian population is carried out. Authors show the importance of formation over the ethnic and over the confessional to the Russian identity as a necessary condition of strengthening of politiko-legal space of the country.
