Abstract

Si le travail de l’économiste est de chercher à rendre le monde meilleur qu’il ne l’est, c’est particulièrement le cas en économie de la santé. Du fait de son influence primordiale sur la qualité de vie, la santé exprime l’acception la plus ordinaire du « vivre bien ». Or, il y a plusieurs façons de satisfaire cet objectif et on peut par exemple imaginer un accès aux soins plus juste ou plus efficient.
