Stratégies et modèles nationaux de croissance

Abstract

L’article propose une démarche nouvelle pour identifier et caractériser les modèles nationaux. Elle consiste à déterminer l’enjeu qui lie les acteurs entre eux, puis à répondre aux questions logiques qui découlent de cet enjeu pour y faire face. Il semble bien que la croissance, après redéfinition, soit dans tous les cas de figure la condition de l’indépendance et de l’unité des nations. De fait, le moteur de croissance adopté impose une règle de régulation entre production et distribution, implique des conditions externes et internes de possibilité, et exige pour être mis en œuvre des moyens cohérents. Les compromis politiques, requis pour trouver des solutions, paraissent dessiner autant de modèles nationaux qui limitent les stratégies de profit possibles pour les firmes capitalistes.
