Le Régime d’accumulation dans le Cône Sud-Americain depuis les années 1990

Abstract

Cet article étudie les formes prises par le régime d’accumulation en Argentine et au Brésil depuis la décennie 1990. Malgré la hausse de la productivité du travail la population de ces pays n’a pas bénéficié de manière homogène de la croissance. Les salariés ont notamment été particulièrement touchés par la volatilité macro-économique et exclus de la croissance économique. L’article propose un guide illustratif sur l'expérience de ce régime de croissance excluant, ainsi qu’une première évaluation des gouvernements Lula (Brésil) et Kirchner (Argentine) en terme de ruptures/continuité de ce régime d’accumulation.
