Abstract

Analyser isolément la loi du 10 août 2007 relative aux libertés et responsabilités des universités (LRU) est d'autant plus difficile que d'autres textes sont annoncés, et qu'elle n'est qu'un élément d'une profonde réforme, déjà largement amorcée, de la gestion étatique en France. La France est-elle, dans ce domaine, montée dans le train du Nouveau Management Public (NPM) qui prétend faire table rase du modèle administratif de type continental, accusé d'être lourd, bureaucratique, ennemi de l'...
