Abstract

Decision making under uncertainty would seem most fitting for Innovation. Often the uncertainty inherent in innovation is the major hurdle business units and innovators have to manage to cross in order to innovate. The paper will refer to some aspects of decision making relevant to Innovation and will give examples for such choices and decisions. In the aspect of decision making the paper will take a description behavioural point of view rather than a normative model one. On the innovation aspect we will focus on the decisions required in order to choose entrepreneurship and their link to decision making.
