The Porter’s model of competitive advantage has deeply influence the strategic management point of view of the last decades. The strategic management thought is itself greatly renewed during the ninety years for giving an answer to the environment’s transformations. The survey of the different views and of their epistemologies’ limits will permit us to purpose our model. To have the profit of a lasting diffential advantage the firms will be produce specific resources and to position oneself about the territories and the territorial’s proximities that this one can offer to us.
