Abstract

The article discusses the impact of digital technologies (digital platforms, online services, digital products, etc.) on the enterprises business processes. Practice shows that in order to maintain its competitive position in markets, innovative agile companies include in their strategies digital transformation as a key direction of development. All these changes create a high level of uncertainty for employees of organizations trying to adapt to these new conditions (for example, automating operations that were previously performed manually, no need to attach an employee to an office workplace, etc.), and require the development of new competencies and skills in them. In this regard, along with digitalization, an equally important task for organizations is the task of developing their employees. So the article provides an overview of the digital changes impact on the employees work in organizations, identifies the problems that arise when introducing digital technologies into the business processes of enterprises, and proposes an algorithm for the digital transformation of enterprises in the SME sector.
