Abstract

The subject of study is the system of rail freight tariffs. The specificity of pricing on the railways. The current state of the system of tariff regulation. Substantiated best practices for tariff regulation in railway transport with the priorities of the state economic policy, the experience of foreign countries, the current state of the market, on the basis of existing structural reform of the sector. Recommendations for further development of the system of tariff regulation of rail transportation.
