Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja perawat RSUD Teluk Kuantan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah perawat PNS yang berjumlah 115 perawat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin yaitu 89 perawat. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument yang membuktikan hasil penelitian. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS (Statistical Product Service Solutions). Hasil Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja perawat.
