Structures industrielles et stratégies salaire-emploi en Côte d’Ivoire

Abstract

Contemporaneous models of labor economics have brought the basic microeconomic elements to observe a segmented labor market. The objective of minimising the cost of efficient labor unit is at the root of both the efficiency wage and "insiders-outsiders" models. In this paper we are interested in determining the impact of the industrial structure (contestability of the market…) on wage bill management in Ivoirian enterprises. Les modèles contemporains de l’économie du travail ont apporté des fondements microéconomiques à l’observation d’un marché du travail segmenté. La recherche d’une minimisation du coût de l’unité efficace de travail est ainsi à la base de la théorie du salaire d’efficience et des modèles « insiders-outsiders ».
