Que peut-on attendre des Contrats Nouvelle Embauche ?

Abstract

[fre] cole. Il ressort de cette analyse que le CNE devrait augmenter les embauches mais aussi les licenciements. Dans ce contexte, le CNE pourrait entraîner, à terme, 70 000 emplois supplémentaires, mais au prix d'une légère détérioration du bien-être des demandeurs d'emploi. Nous montrons aussi qu'une réforme étendant et complétant l'introduction du CNE par une réduction sensible du coût de la procédure du licenciement économique, compensée par des indemnités de licenciement plus généreuses, serait susceptible d'avoir un fort impact sur l'emploi : à terme, 250 000 emplois supplémentaires seraient créés et le bien-être des demandeurs d'emploi serait amélioré.
