Rationalisation du crédit, risque et pouvoir de marchandage

Abstract

[fre] L'analyse économique récente fait une part plus grande que par le passé aux phénomènes d'ajustements quantitatifs. Cet article a pour objet l'étude de ces ajustements sur les marchés de crédit ; il s'agit, plus précisément, de rechercher les éléments explicatifs du rationnement du crédit. A côté du risque, nous intro­duisons le pouvoir de marchandage relatif de la banque et de ses clients comme élément essentiel à la compréhension des phénomènes de rationnement et de dis­crimination en matière d'octroi de crédit. [eng] markets ; we are searching more precisely the reasons of credit rationning. With the risk, we introduce the bargaining power of the bank and of customers to explain credit rationning and the strategy of discrimination among customers.
