Abstract

[fre] Théorie économique de l'accessibilité urbaine . . La théorie économique de l'accessibilité urbaine est un modèle économique probabiliste du comportement du citadin, qui optimise ses déplacements urbains en tenant compte des conditions de transport et de l'intérêt des destinations possibles. Le premier résultat est un indicateur de planification quantifiant le service rendu et échappant aux contradictions des indicateurs classiques de coût ou de temps de transport.. Par ailleurs, cette théorie permet d'améliorer les modèles de prévision du trafic, et de justifier rigoureusement les modèles gravitaires classiques. [eng] Economic theory of urban accessibility. . The economic theory of urban accessibility is a probabilistic and economic model of the behaviour of city inhabitants, who optimize their urban trips according to travel conditions and interest of possible destinations.. The first result is a quantified indicator of the level of service; this planning indicator avoids the contradictions of the previous travel cost and time indicators. The theory leads also to improvements of traffic models and gives a mathematical justification to gravity models.
