Human resource management in organizations focused on culture

Abstract

Experts are becoming increasingly interested in the issue of human resources management in organizations focused on culture. There is not yet a unique approach to this area, however, understanding the functioning of these institutions is a key means to choose the strategy of their management. This contribution aims to analyze the current state of functioning of human resource management in culture on a local scale and factors that affect this management. Alternative methods of management of human resources based on current trends are also suggested.
