Abstract

В статье рассмотрены социально-экономические аспекты экономической деятельности субъектов сферы зеленого туризма в Украине. Обоснованно социально-экономическую значимость данного отраслевого направления для обеспечения стабильного развития регионов, в частности сельских общин. В статье доказана целесообразность совершенствования методических подходов к оценке уровня эффективности деятельности семейных форм хозяйствования в сфере зеленого туризма. Обоснована необходимость учета материальной составляющей мотивационной системы членов крестьянского хозяйства для дальнейшего участия в данных проектах. Разработаны модели организации зеленой усадьбы на базе крестьянского хозяйства для нескольких маркетинговых стратегий. Доказан положительный эффект для социально-экономического развития сельского домохозяйства по результатам практического внедрения предложенных рекомендаций.
