Cambio técnico en estructuras industriales heterogéneas: el caso de las industrias de pulpa y papel en el Perú

Abstract

Los estudios teóricos e incluso los trabajos empíricos sobre el Crecimiento Económico y el Cambio Técnico, han tendido habitualmente a idealizar el comportamiento de los agentes como perfectamente racional, dinámico, y a considerar su desempeño en un mundo de información completa y en el que no existen restricciones. En otros casos, se ha enfatizado con mucha fuerza el comportamiento y el desempeño de los agentes más dináhicos, con la consecuencia de ignorar la significación y aporte (positivo o negativo) de otros agentes, generalmente pequeños o con comportamiento diferente, aunque no necesariamente irracional.
