Modelado de Ecuaciones Estructurales en el campo de las Ciencias de la Administración

Abstract

El presente artículo analiza el papel de los modelos de ecuaciones estructurales en el campo de las ciencias de la administración. Se presenta el enfoque por el que se incorpora el uso de la técnica al campo de la administración y, adicionalmente, se genera una comparativa entre los diferentes algoritmos y paquetes estadísticos disponibles para la aplicación de la técnica. Encontrando en código cerrado: LISREL, EQS, AMOS, SmartPLS, Mplus, CALIS (en SAS), SEPATH (en Statistica), RAMONA (en Systat), SEM (Stata), Matlab, Semopy (en Python). Y en código abierto: Scilab, Julia, R: lavaan, sem, lava, OpenMx y Strum. Identificando las tendencias actuales y enfoques futuros que enrolan la técnica de análisis multivariante dentro de las ciencias de la administración. Encontrando softwares sugeridos para el área de las ciencias de la administración, así como tendencias de mezcla en la técnica, como el uso de las redes neuronales que se comienza a incorporar como alternativa o complemento a la técnica SEM.
