Abstract

Human resources management practice has been subject of numerous studies. Specialists have brought into discussion the concept of human resources management best practice. The issues related with this concept have generated intense debates among specialists. This paper aims to present the theoretical background of the concept and the influence that could exercise upon the level of development for human resources management practice. A clearer image on this issue could be achieved by discussing the model offered by the multinational companies in the development and diffusion of best practices related with human resources management domain. A through analysis of this issue could represent the subject of a future research.
